How we turned a small business loan campaign into a customer acquisition engine.
Generating an $11M+ pipeline and proving that 75% of demand lived outside the bank's existing client base.
A private bank in New Jersey's crowded "wealth belt."
Peapack Private Bank & Trust (formerly Peapack-Gladstone Bank) competes in New Jersey's "wealth belt," where national banks dominate through branch density and marketing scale, and non-bank lenders are circling small business owners. The bank needed to drive small business loan applications—specifically SBLOCs and Owner Occupied Commercial Mortgages—on a modest budget, targeting 25 to 50 qualified applications per month.
Direct access to senior leadership, not junior reps on rotation.
PPB&T offered something bigger banks couldn't: direct, personal attention from the bank's most senior people—not junior account managers on rotation. That gap was an opportunity to speak directly to business owners frustrated by the impersonal treatment they'd grown used to.
A luxury aesthetic doing double duty.
Princeton Partners built the campaign around headlines like "Finally, a Bank that Puts Your Business First" that gave voice to frustrations business owners already felt. The creative maintained PPB&T's luxury aesthetic, doing double duty, building prestige while driving loan applications.
An omnichannel media strategy spanned CTV, streaming audio, YouTube, social, display, paid search, and personal banker emails across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
The Creative.

75% of demand lived outside the existing client base.
Most striking: 75% of all applications came from people with no prior PPB&T relationship, proof the campaign had become a full-scale customer acquisition engine.
