Tom Sullivan, CEO
Tom joined the agency in 1989 when it was a 10-person retail advertising boutique and transformed it into the 50-person strong strategic marketing firm, providing advertising, public relations, interactive and guerilla marketing solutions for clients including AT&T, PNC Bank, Sherwin-Williams, Pfizer, New York Health & Hospitals Corp., Princeton University, Unilever, Yale Forklifts and many great regional brands like Western Pest Services (an Orkin Company).
Tom's passion is for Princeton Partners to have a positive impact on our little piece of the world. He focuses the agency's energies on doing great work for companies with shared values and high aspirations.

Sharyn Rached, Chief Digital Officer
In her role, Sharyn is responsible for incorporating digital strategies and solutions for all accounts within the agency. With 14 years of experience in the digital industry, Sharyn is an expert in the analysis and translation of business goals and objectives into viable and effective digital strategies. She has played a primary leadership role in the development, evolution, and management of large-scale Web properties and digitally-based content, products, and services. Sharyn is a strategic thinker and planner with extensive background in enterprise content management, technology solution planning, new product development, and e-commerce. Her experience spans both B2C and B2B in a variety of industries including consumer goods, financial services, publishing, transportation logistics, manufacturing, education, and healthcare. Throughout her tenure in the industry, she has had the opportunity to work with organizations such as The Princeton Review, Brookstone, Smokey Joe’s Café, Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Peterson’s, Street Flyers, and the American Heart Association. This wide range of experience has helped her develop expertise in e-business strategy, digital brand strategy and planning, digital product development, digital marketing, and website development.

Rita Manno - VP, Communications
Rita believes every client should have a
story to tell. That's because in 20-plus years of experience
in journalism, government and public relations, she's developed the
skills to identify those stories, create compelling messages and
reach target audiences in a variety of ways. Before Princeton
Partners, Rita's career path took her from reporting on state
issues for a daily newspaper to five years as the communications
director of the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services.
At the department, she directed consumer campaigns on smoking, health-care
report cards and senior programs and served as key spokesperson
in crises situations. She also served as a regional board member
for a national public health communications group through the Centers for Disease
Control (CDC). Today, as leader of the Public Relations Group,
Rita helps clients raise their visibility, manage issues and crises,
reach out to media and communities, execute strategic plans and ultimately
achieve their business goals. In other words, she creates their stories.

Suzanne Caimi Lynn, COO, CFO
Suzanne came to Princeton Partners in 2001, after 17 years with Gillespie Advertising/McCann New York where she was Managing Partner, Chief Financial Officer. She drives the strategic financial and operations picture at the agency.
One of her often heard mantras is “everything is my problem” and she means it. Supervising, IT, Accounting, and HR just about covers it. Suzanne also manages the agency’s insurance, legal, contractual, and banking relationships. Suzanne’s favorite saying is “cost efficiencies benefit both the Client and the Agency” and she claims that the best ideas are the ones that save everyone time and money.

Gabrielle DeTora - VP, Health Strategy
Gabrielle comes to us with well over a dozen years’ experience in healthcare marketing and a proven track record in effective market research, strategic planning, campaign strategy, media planning, public
relations, consumer/physician sales and marketing, and e-marketing. Gabrielle is a presenter for healthcare conferences and forums, such as The Healthcare Roundtable. At Princeton Partners Health, she handles the strategic direction for several accounts, including Westchester Medical Center and North Shore-LIJ Health System.
As the Senior Director of Marketing and PR for St. Joseph’s Healthcare System and as the Director of Marketing and PR for Hunterdon Healthcare System, Gabrielle managed overall branding, strategic planning, marketing and sales efforts, promotions, public relations, and education.
Her work includes serving as the National Director of Development and Marketing for the Cure for Lymphoma Foundation and as a Campaign Manager for the NYC Chapter of the Leukemia Society of America (now the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society).

Eric Markowitz - Director of Interactive Innovation
Eric brings a rare combination of skills that helps Princeton Partners lead our clients to new levels of success in web-based and online communications solutions. He has over 20 years of diversified experience (12 in Interactive/Web) with proven success in providing innovative strategy, creative direction, systems analysis and solution development for many Fortune 500 companies.
During the early years of the Internet, Eric's e-Commerce company was responsible for developing one of the first integrated e-Commerce systems available to corporations to sell their products and services online. In addition, his online encryption products were recognized by Info Security Magazine, when the company's online consumer payment application received a "Best New Security Solution" award. He has also lead the development of many innovative integrated online/offline programs for such clients as AT&T, Colgate-Palmolive, Dow Jones & Co., Johnson & Johnson, North American Phillips Lighting, Prudential, and Xerox among others.
His perspective: "Consumer generated content, online communities, social networking, viral marketing and ongoing virtual world innovations have turned the rules of marketing upside down. Not only do target audiences control the information they receive, they also broadcast their own opinions in a medium with unlimited reach. In this environment, we have the exciting opportunity to develop dynamic, creative methods of outreach and communication to help companies reach their business goals."
In between, Eric enjoys "real world" outdoor activities with his wife and 2 sons, as well as, teaching karate and SCUBA diving.

Maggie Landis, Vice President
Maggie is responsible for communications strategy at Princeton Partners, creating integrated public relations campaigns that build awareness and communicate to target audiences. Maggie's communications expertise benefits clients in healthcare, high tech and manufacturing industries. She is also an account director, managing education and B2B accounts for the agency.
Prior to joining Princeton Partners, Maggie was a public affairs manager in Johnson & Johnson's Global Pharmaceutical Communications group. In this role, she developed direct-to-physician and direct-to-patient communications programs for prescription medications.
Before running healthcare campaigns for J&J, Maggie led public relations for Dow Jones Interactive Publishing group. Maggie was the PR lead on the launch of The Wall Street Journal Interactive Edition -- now wsj.com – the first subscription-based news site ever. She also created and implemented strategic communications for other electronic news products of Dow Jones.

Tony Buchsbaum - Co-Creative Director
Tony Buchsbaum has worked in advertising for more than 20 years. Before joining
Princeton Partners, he wrote copy and directed creative at AC&R and JWT Direct in New York, Gillespie in Lawrenceville, NJ, The Hal Lewis Group in Philadelphia, and Maris West & Baker in New Orleans. Among his brands are The Port Authority of NY & NJ, DuPont, Cushman & Wakefield, Estée Lauder, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Discovery Labs, Covance, Healthpoint, CPA2Biz/AICPA, ETS, EarthLink, and Columbia House.
In addition, Tony is a novelist; his first novel, Total Eclipse, was published by Doubleday, and he is at work on his second. He lives in Lawrenceville with his wife and two sons.

Melissa Butensky - Account
Supervisor, Interactive
Melissa leads the Princeton
Partners Interactive Group and has been in the
industry since its early days. Melissa's big picture
vision combined with her in-depth knowledge of
everything Web enables her to develop strategic
online initiatives that bring clients' marketing
goals to life with a compelling customer experience
on line. Prior to joining Princeton Partners,
she developed successful interactive solutions
for clients such as Citibank, Douglas Elliman,
Insignia Financial Group, Cigna and the New York
Times.

Shannon Reynolds - Dir. of Promotions
Shannon has over 8 years experience in the
promotional marketing and advertising arena. As Director of
Promotion, she's responsible for leading Princeton Partners'
Promotional Division focusing on strategic brand marketing and
promotional planning in both consumer and business-to business
categories, including financial, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.
Shannon's strong background in national accounts sales, marketing
and promotions comes from direct experience on major accounts
such as PNC Bank, McNeil Consumer and Specialty Pharmaceutical,
New York City Health & Hospital Corporation, ConAgra Foods and
Tyson Foods.
Shannon, a 1998 Lady Bear graduate from
Southwest Missouri State University, earned a BS in Marketing
with an emphasis in Advertising. She is also a card-carrying
member of the USGA and holds a 4.9 handicap. Anybody wanna make

Leslie Glick, Media Director
Leslie has over 20 years experience in the media arena. As our resident media expert, she's responsible for managing Princeton Partners' strategic media planning and buying in both consumer and business-to business categories, including manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality industry, and high-tech. Leslie's strong background in retail media research, planning and buying comes from direct experience on major media accounts such as McDonalds and University of Pennsylvania Health System.
Leslie is an active member of the advertising community and served as Treasurer for AAF-District Two as well as being past president of the Philadelphia Advertising Club. |

Jeff Chesebro, President
As President of Princeton Partners, Jeff provides strategic leadership for the agency. Additionally, he oversees agency accounts including Yale Materials Handling Corp., Pacer International, Western Pest Services, Westchester Medical Center, and North Shore-LIJ Health System.
Jeff’s background is as varied as what he does for Princeton Partners. Before working at Princeton Partners, Jeff worked on accounts such as Hewlett-Packard, 1-800-FLOWERS, McDonald’s, Subway, and MCI Worldcom, gaining deep experience integrating clients’ communications at agencies such as J. Walter Thompson, Partners & Shevack, and Source Communications.

Paul Federico, Creative Director
Paul is a creative strategist. He specializes in building brands and creating award-winning concepts. He believes in our clients' brands and is passionate about the agency’s creative work.
Before joining Princeton Partners, Paul worked at many top advertising agencies in NY and NJ such as Hill Holliday, Grey, Lintas:NY and TBWA. He has worked on consumer, B2B and pharmaceutical brands including Revlon, IBM, JVC, Sony, Diet Coke, Molson Beer, Mack-Cali, Minolta and Aricept. Campaigns Paul developed have earned him accolades such as The One Show, Telly, BPAA, Graphic Design: USA, DESI, CAMA, Addy and Aster Awards.
Paul received his BFA from New York's Parsons School of Design. He is a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators, The Westfield New Jersey Artist Association and the Art Directors Club of New Jersey.

Christine Lagana, Production Manager
As Production Manager, Christine works hand-in-hand with the creative and media teams to ensure that each creative element is produced on time, in budget and to the highest professional standards. Her position entails planning and directing all client creative, working closely with vendors, and keeping creative and production/studio operations running smoothly.
Christine has more than 15 years of creative, traffic, project management, operations, and print production knowledge under her belt in both marketing and advertising agencies in Philadelphia and New Jersey. Additionally, Christine strategically, with her co-director, operated a promotional $3.5 million business while breaking all reported project and account records. She successfully directed a large team to run promotional events, execute creative materials and media, drive new business efforts, and manage special ongoing projects.
